OF MOTIVES

The final design of the building was influenced by its context. Initially, a generous plaza was established on the ground to invite people into the space. Secondly, there was a gradual transition from the street side. Lastly, a dynamic facade was implemented to expose occupants to various angles and aspects of the surrounding context.
